Goals that aren't coming

This is the second scenario the live radar flags: a match that pointed to plenty of goals —with a high Over/Under line— but that, well into the game, still has few or none. The radar compares it against the match's Over/Under line to measure how many goals are missing versus what was expected.

Example

A match with an Over/Under line of 3.5 reaching the 70th minute at 0-0 fits «goals that aren't coming»: at least 4 goals are missing to clear the line with very little time left.
